ANDREW WOJECKI
From a small town in Louisiana to an international career spanning Adelaide, Houston, and Dubai. 20+ years working in leadership development, he brings a ‘tri-sector’ mindset working across public, private, and non-government sectors. Andrew has a PhD in Adult Education from University of South Australia and certification in Executive Coaching from INSEAD. He has international work experiences in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. While his current work concentration is in the Energy industry, his coaching work has a broader focus. As an experienced coach, I work with ambitious leaders and teams, seeking better results and greater leadership impact. More specifically, I have a personal interest in working with mid-career leaders in developing strategies to successfully navigate through mid-life and mid-career challenges.

A 20+ years international career working with creative and innovation led businesses across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia Pacific helping drive competitive advantage and growth, as a strategist, business leader and executive search partner. Fortunate to work with iconic brands including Apple, Burberry, Nike, Vice Media, Google, Unilever, EY amongst others. An experienced performance coach, he works with growth-minded people and teams to remove the obstacles to high performance across the creative and innovation led industries, and competitive sport.
